  leader Archie Himmons formed this Electric blues band being a big fan of the mid '60s Mike Bloomfield led Butterfield Blues Band (his own words) ... Underestimated, yes totally, yet the surprisingly powerful West Virginia Slim Electric Blues Band recorded this very rare/seldom-seen Lp for the infamous Los Angeles based Kent Records [ of Bob Smith 'Visitation' fame]
